We, the people of Earth, stand at a pivotal moment in history. Faced with unprecedented global challenges—climate change, geopolitical instability, and resource inequality—we recognize the urgent need for a paradigm shift. The systems of the past are no longer sufficient to secure a future of peace, prosperity, and sustainability for all. This Declaration outlines a vision for a new global order: The Paradise Initiative. It is a call to transcend division, embrace our shared humanity, and build a civilization worthy of our potential.
We affirm that humanity is one family, sharing one planetary home. We commit to the gradual and peaceful defragmentation of nation-states into larger, cooperative Paradise States. These new entities will be designed for more effective governance, equitable resource management, and the elimination of interstate conflict. National sovereignty will evolve into a model of shared responsibility, where the well-being of the whole is paramount.
The Earth is not a resource to be exploited, but a living system to be nurtured. We pledge to act as guardians of our planet. This includes a rapid transition to 100% clean and renewable energy, the restoration of ecosystems, the protection of biodiversity, and the implementation of a global circular economy. Environmental health will be treated as a fundamental human right and a core metric of societal success.
Weapons of mass destruction are an existential threat to our species. We call for the complete, verifiable, and irreversible dismantlement of all nuclear arsenals. We further commit to a phased reduction in military spending worldwide, redirecting these vast financial and intellectual resources toward education, healthcare, scientific research, and global development. Peace will be pursued not through threat of force, but through mutual trust and cooperation.
Artificial Intelligence and other advanced technologies hold the key to solving many of humanity's most pressing problems. We declare that these powerful tools must be developed and deployed as a global utility, accessible to all. They will be guided by a strict ethical framework to ensure they serve humanity's collective interests, from providing universal healthcare and personalized education to optimizing clean energy grids and predicting natural disasters. Technology must be an instrument of liberation, not control.
To guide this transformation, we propose the formation of a Paradise Transition Council. This body will be composed of visionary leaders, scientists, ethicists, and citizen representatives from across the world. Operating with full transparency, its mandate will be to develop the frameworks, treaties, and roadmaps necessary to implement the principles of this Declaration. The Council will serve as a facilitator of global dialogue and a catalyst for peaceful change.
By endorsing this Declaration, we identify ourselves as Paradise Angels—conscious global citizens dedicated to building this better world. We pledge our time, our voices, and our actions to this noble cause. We choose hope over fear, unity over division, and creation over destruction. We invite all people, in all nations, to join us in this great enterprise: the creation of a global paradise, not as a distant utopia, but as the next chapter in the human story.

Subject: Nomination of China, the United States of America, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of India (Bharat) for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize.
The Nobel Peace Prize has historically recognized those who have "done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses." In our current era, defined by interconnected global challenges, the greatest contribution to peace lies not only in past achievements but in the demonstrated potential and foundational capacity for future global cooperation. It is with this forward-looking perspective that the Paradise Initiative proudly nominates the collective of China, the USA, Russia, and Bharat (CURB) for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize. These four nations, as anchors of the global system, hold the unique and collective capacity to steer humanity away from conflict and toward a new era of shared progress and stability.
This joint nomination recognizes that global peace in the 21st century requires the active, cooperative engagement of its most influential state actors. Each nominee brings a critical element to this equation:
Awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to the CURB collective would serve as a powerful catalyst to:
This nomination is supported by a global petition signed by millions of Paradise Angels from over 195 countries. It represents a collective call from global citizenry for a new, cooperative leadership model. By awarding the prize to CURB, the Nobel Committee would not only be honoring four nations; it would be validating the aspirations of a world yearning for unity and courageous leadership.
The Paradise Initiative believes that peace is not merely the absence of war, but the active creation of a system that makes cooperation the most logical and beneficial path. A Nobel Peace Prize for the CURB nations would be a revolutionary act—an investment in a future where the world's most powerful nations lead not in competition, but in a shared stewardship of our planet and our species. We urge the Nobel Committee to seize this historic opportunity to catalyze a new era of global peace.
